How we’re structured
Technology and care, kept separate
Aldwyn is operated by Mount Climb LLC, a company based in Scottsdale, Arizona, that provides the platform, scheduling, billing, and patient support.
Medical decisions are made only by an independent medical group whose providers are licensed in each state we serve. They evaluate your health history, decide whether to prescribe, and set your dose. Prescriptions are filled by state-licensed US pharmacies licensed to dispense in each state we serve.
This separation keeps clinical judgment independent from the business, which is how telehealth is meant to work.

Your health information stays private
Health information you share with your care team is protected under HIPAA. We don’t sell your personal or health information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
