Billing
How billing works
Charged only if prescribed
When you check out, your card is authorized but not charged. You’re billed only after a provider approves your prescription. If you’re not prescribed, nothing is charged.
Automatic renewal
Plans renew automatically at the price shown each billing period so your treatment isn’t interrupted. We email you before each renewal.
Cancel anytime
Cancel before your next billing date from your account or by emailing billing@aldwynhealth.com. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
HSA and FSA cards may be accepted; check with your plan administrator. Aldwyn is self-pay and does not bill insurance. Prices shown include medication and may change with 30 days’ notice.
