Consumer Health Data Policy
This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to “consumer health data” as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada SB 370, and similar laws. It covers health data that isn’t already protected by HIPAA.
Consumer health data we collect
- Health goals, height, weight, and BMI you enter on our website.
- Answers to eligibility questions about health conditions and medications.
- Information that reveals you are seeking weight-loss treatment, such as visiting our intake pages.
Why we collect it
To check your eligibility, connect you with a Provider, provide the services you request, and keep the Platform secure. We collect consumer health data only with your consent or as necessary to provide a service you request.
Who we share it with
Independent Providers and pharmacies involved in your care, and service providers that process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell consumer health data.
Your rights
You may confirm whether we collect your consumer health data, access it, get a list of third parties it was shared with, withdraw consent, and ask us to delete it. Email privacy@aldwynhealth.com. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.
