SMS / Text Messaging Terms
When you give us your mobile number and agree to text messaging, you consent to receive text messages from Aldwyn, operated by Mount Climb LLC, related to your care and account.
What we send
- Care and account messages: updates from your care team, prescription and shipping notifications, appointment and refill reminders, and billing notices.
- Promotional messages: only if you separately opt in. You can opt out of promotional texts while keeping essential care and account messages.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your care and account activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Aldwyn does not charge for text messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. You’ll get one confirmation message, and we won’t text you again except where a message is required to provide the service you requested. Reply HELP for help, or email support@aldwynhealth.com or call +1 (337) 382-8330.
Opting out of texts may affect how quickly we can reach you about your care. Essential notices may still be sent by email or in your account.
Your mobile information
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Carriers
Supported carriers may change, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
