Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of aldwynhealth.com and related services (together, the “Platform”), operated by Mount Climb LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Aldwyn,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, completing an intake, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Please read carefully. These Terms include an arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver (Section 22) that affect how disputes are resolved. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. They also describe automatic subscription renewals (Section 7). If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 — the Platform is not for emergencies or urgent care.

Plain-language summary. This is a quick overview, not a replacement for the full Terms below.

  • Aldwyn is a technology platform. Licensed providers, not Aldwyn, make all medical decisions.
  • You’re only charged if a provider prescribes. Plans then renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Prescription products are self-pay and generally final sale; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Disputes are resolved by individual arbitration unless you opt out in time.

1. What Aldwyn does

Aldwyn provides a technology platform and administrative services that connect you with independent, licensed healthcare providers (“Providers”) and state-licensed pharmacies. Aldwyn is not a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine. Providers exercise independent professional judgment. Nothing on the Platform is medical advice unless it comes from a Provider in the course of your care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, physically located in a US state listed on our Where we operate page at the time of your visit, and able to form a binding contract. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Providing false health information may result in harm and in termination of your account.

3. Compounded medications

Medications prescribed through the Platform may be compounded by state-licensed pharmacies. Compounded drugs are not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality. Compounded drugs are not generic versions of FDA-approved drugs. Aldwyn does not compound or dispense medication. Your Provider will discuss risks and alternatives, including FDA-approved options, with you.

4. Telehealth and the provider relationship

Care is delivered by telehealth. By using the Platform you consent to telehealth care as described in our Telehealth Consent and to the Prescribing Policy. You enter into a provider-patient relationship directly with the treating Provider or their professional entity, not with Aldwyn. Providers are solely responsible for the care they deliver.

5. Identity and location

You must give accurate identity and location information for each visit, and you must be physically located in a state where services are offered at the time of care. We may verify your identity, including with a government-issued photo ID, before a prescription is issued. Providing false identity, location, or health information may result in termination of your account and can be dangerous to your health.

6. Free evaluation; no guarantee of prescription

Submitting an intake and the Provider’s review are provided at no charge. Completing an intake or entering payment information does not create a prescription or guarantee one. A Provider may decline to treat you, request labs or a visit, or stop treatment at any time for clinical reasons. If you are not prescribed, you are not charged.

7. Subscriptions, automatic renewal, and cancellation

If you are prescribed, your treatment plan is a subscription billed to your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, or every three months for 3-month plans), starting after a Provider approves your prescription.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because prescription medication is prepared for you individually and cannot be resold, it is generally final sale once the pharmacy begins preparing your order.

8. Fees, billing, and chargebacks

You authorize Aldwyn to charge your payment method for amounts you incur, including after a prescription is approved. Aldwyn is self-pay; we do not bill insurance, and you are responsible for the full cost. If a charge is disputed through your bank (a chargeback) in a way we believe is unwarranted, we may suspend or terminate your account and pursue amounts owed.

9. Shipping

If prescribed, medication is shipped by a licensed pharmacy to the address you provide in the state where you were evaluated. Report a damaged, lost, or incorrect shipment within 48 hours of delivery; the primary remedy is a replacement shipment, as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Pharmacy services

Prescriptions are filled by independent, state-licensed pharmacies, which are solely responsible for compounding, dispensing, labeling, and counseling. Aldwyn does not operate a pharmacy. The dispensing pharmacy’s name and license information are provided with each order. You may ask us to transfer a prescription to a pharmacy of your choice where the law and the pharmacy allow it; pricing may differ for transferred prescriptions.

11. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@aldwynhealth.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

12. Acceptable use

13. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy, Notice of Privacy Practices, Consumer Health Data Policy, and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your information. By providing your email and phone number you agree to receive account, order, and care communications electronically, including by email and SMS as described in our SMS Terms. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time; some communications are required to provide the service.

14. Electronic communications and notices

You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, notices, receipts, and other communications from us electronically, by email, SMS, or through your account, and agree that these satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. Notices to you are effective when sent to the email address on your account. Notices to us must be sent to support@aldwynhealth.com or by mail to Mount Climb LLC, 10869 N Scottsdale Rd, #103-748, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. You may withdraw consent to electronic communications by closing your account.

15. Intellectual property and your submissions

The Platform, including its content, design, and the Aldwyn name and logo, is owned by Mount Climb LLC and protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it to receive services for yourself. If you send feedback or other non-health submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them to operate and improve the Platform. This does not apply to your protected health information, which is governed by our privacy documents.

16. Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@aldwynhealth.com with the subject line “Copyright notice” that includes: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material you believe is infringing and where it appears; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove material and terminate repeat infringers consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

17. Third-party links and services

The Platform may link to or integrate services operated by others, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and laboratories. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

18. Promotions and referrals

We may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or referral credits from time to time. Each offer is subject to the terms stated with it, may be limited to new patients or certain plans, has no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Offers obtained through fraud or abuse may be voided.

19. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aldwyn disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Aldwyn is not responsible for the clinical decisions of Providers or the acts of pharmacies, which are independent.

20. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aldwyn’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to Aldwyn in the 12 months before the claim or $1,000. Aldwyn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Aldwyn and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

22. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver

Before starting a claim, you agree to email support@aldwynhealth.com a written notice of dispute and to try to resolve it informally for 45 days. Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court. You and Aldwyn waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms. Nothing here waives a right to public injunctive relief where it cannot lawfully be waived.

23. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes by email or on the Platform before they take effect; continued use means you accept them. We may change, suspend, or end the Platform, or your access to it, consistent with your right to your medical records and applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as fees owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and arbitration) survive.

24. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect, with state-specific requirements honored where they apply (for example, in California, New York, and Colorado). These Terms create no agency or partnership. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or sale of assets; you may not assign your rights without our consent. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
